By completing the registration process and paying the Registration fee, you become annual member of “मेरी कक्षा”” a knowledge base platform for all. Annual Platform Membership means your registration is restricted to knowledge base sessions, Seminars and Trainings with separate affordable and subsidies Knowledge Session fees, Annual registration continuing is subject to annual renewal only.
Every knowledge session will have its own affordable and subsidies fees, which will be announced from time to time on our platform or informed you via social media. Members are required to register for each session they wish to attend.
Seats for knowledge sessions are limited and will be reserved on a "first come, first served" basis. We recommend early registration to secure your spot.
Please note that each knowledge session has a limited seating capacity to ensure a quality learning experience for all participants. Once the capacity is reached, registration for that session will be closed.
“Sarvadnyan Career Catalyst and Social Foundation” maintains a strict "no refund" policy. Once you have paid donations or paid for registration fees as Annual member or for a specific knowledge session, your fees are non-refundable. Please ensure before paying donations and consider your availability and commitment before registering.
As a registered member, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and personal information secure. You are also responsible for abiding by the platform's guidelines and policies.
We expect all members to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during knowledge sessions, discussions, and interactions with fellow members and platform facilitators.
All content, materials, and resources shared during knowledge sessions are protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted access to these materials for personal and non-commercial use only.
Your personal information will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
“Sarvadnyan Career Catalyst and Social Foundation” reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the platform, including knowledge sessions and fees, at its discretion. We will notify members of significant changes via the platform or any other social media medium.
“Sarvadnyan Career Catalyst and Social Foundation” may, at its sole discretion, terminate a member's Annual Membership registration for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for behavior that disrupts the learning community.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nagpur Jurisdiction, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur. By registering as a member with “Sarvadnyan Career Catalyst and Social Foundation”, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
